Chris was previously the mind behind en Rama, Hilltop Kitchen, and 1022 South J.
He is back to talk about his new project, Kokovoko, an “Imaginary Beach Bar” in the Stadium District. To be clear, the beach isn’t real but the bar will be.
In this conversation he talks about the origins of his new project and how the bar restaurant scene is doing in the current economic climate.
